Account Information. When you create an account, we collect your email address, username, and display name. You may optionally provide a profile picture.

Usage Data. We collect information about how you interact with the platform — pages visited, votes cast, and bookmarks saved. This data is used to improve the platform experience.

Anonymous Voting. Unregistered users can vote using an anonymous identifier stored in a browser cookie. This cookie does not contain personally identifiable information and is used solely to prevent duplicate votes.

Contact Form. If you contact us via the contact form, we collect your name, email address, and message content to respond to your inquiry.

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve the Leadrr platform
• Authenticate users and manage account access
• Record and display community votes and rankings
• Save user bookmarks and preferences
• Respond to contact form submissions and support requests
• Detect and prevent fraudulent voting or abuse

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

Leadrr uses cookies for authentication (via Supabase) and to store anonymous voter identifiers. We do not use third-party advertising cookies or tracking pixels. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though this may affect certain functionality such as voting and saved bookmarks.

User data is stored securely using Supabase, a PostgreSQL-based backend with row-level security (RLS) policies. Only authenticated users can access their own account data. We use industry-standard encryption for data in transit (HTTPS/TLS).

While we implement reasonable safeguards, no system is 100% secure. We encourage you to use a strong, unique password for your Leadrr account.

Some listings on Leadrr include affiliate links. If you click an affiliate link and make a purchase or sign up with a firm or broker, we may receive a commission at no additional cost to you. Affiliate relationships do not influence community vote rankings — all rankings are determined solely by user votes.

Leadrr uses the following third-party services:

• Supabase — authentication and database hosting
• Sanity CMS — content management for listings
• Vercel — website hosting and deployment
• Resend — transactional email delivery for contact form submissions

Each of these services has its own privacy policy. We encourage you to review them if you have concerns about how your data is handled.

We retain account data for as long as your account is active. If you wish to delete your account and associated data, please reach out via the contact page. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.

Leadrr is not intended for users under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will indicate the date of the most recent update at the top of this page. Continued use of Leadrr after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
