Privacy policy

leadrr is a small site that lists discount codes for prop trading firms. We collect as little as we can. This page explains what we store, why, and how to get it removed. We follow the Australian Privacy Principles.

What we collect

• Your email address, if you sign up for deal alerts. We also store the date you signed up and which page you signed up on.
• Deal clicks. When you tap Get deal, we record which deal, which page you tapped it on, and when. We don't record your name, your IP address or anything else that identifies you.
• Code feedback. If you tell us whether a code worked, we store your yes or no answer against that deal, without anything that identifies you.
• Visit statistics. We use Vercel Web Analytics to count visits and see which pages and sites people arrive from. It doesn't use cookies and doesn't track you across other websites.

We don't use advertising cookies or tracking pixels, and we don't ask for your name or payment details.

Why we use it

• Your email is used only to send you deal alerts and the leadrr newsletter.
• Click counts and code feedback tell us which codes work and which deals people want, so we can keep the list fresh.
• Visit statistics show us how many people use the site and how they found it.

Who we share it with

We never sell or rent your information. We share it only with the services that run the site:

• Vercel, which hosts the website and provides the visit statistics.
• Supabase, which hosts our database.
• The email service we use to send alerts, once we start sending them.

These providers may store data outside Australia, including in the United States. We choose providers that protect data to a standard comparable to Australian law.

We may also disclose information if the law requires it.

The leadrr Discord bot

This section covers the leadrr bot on Discord, whether you use it in the leadrr server or in another server that added it. The rest of this policy applies to the bot as well.

• Messages. The bot can't read your messages. It only sees what Discord sends it when you use one of its slash commands (like /codes or /deals) or press one of its buttons.
• What it sees when you use it. Discord sends us your user ID, your roles, the server and channel ID, and the command and options you picked. We use this only to answer you, then throw it away. We don't save your username, user ID or command history.
• Roles. In the leadrr server, the role buttons add or remove that role on your account. The roles live on Discord, not with us.
• Deal clicks from Discord. Get deal buttons in Discord carry the ID of the server they were posted in. When you tap one, we record the deal, that it came from Discord, the server ID and the time, so we can see which servers send traffic and share commission with partner servers. We don't record who tapped it.
• Servers. We can see the names and IDs of the servers the bot has been added to, so we know where it's being used.

Discord's own privacy policy covers everything else on Discord. To stop using the bot, remove it from your server, or leave the server. To ask about or delete Discord data, email hello@leadrr.xyz.

Prop firm websites

When you tap Get deal, you leave leadrr and go to the prop firm's website. From then on, that firm's own privacy policy applies. If the link is an affiliate link, the firm may set its own cookie so it knows you came from us. We don't control what firms collect.

Unsubscribing and removal

Every email we send has an unsubscribe link. You can also email hello@leadrr.xyz at any time to:

• ask what we hold about you,
• correct it, or
• have your email deleted.

We'll reply within 30 days. We keep your email until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it.

Security

Your email is stored in a database that only the site owner can sign in to. No system is perfectly secure, but we limit what we collect so there's little to lose.

Children

leadrr is for adults. Prop firms require you to be 18 or over, and we don't knowingly collect information from anyone younger.

Complaints

If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, email us first and we'll try to fix it. If you're still not satisfied, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update the date below. Big changes will also be announced by email.
